Trail Running Couch to 5K (beginners)
Join our Countryside Adventure team every Sunday (6 Sep to 11 Oct) between 9-10am for a fun, active blend of interval training sessions based at Crombie Country park trails.
We've created these exciting new sessions to encourage you to enjoy outdoor physical activity whilst also improving your health both mentally and physically in our great surroundings.
The Couch to 5K combines a progressive walk, jog and run plan for all beginners with some fun activities as we move along the trails of our picturesque country park.
This activity can be enjoyed by anyone over the age of 16.
If you are looking to book a spot then please follow the steps below:
Existing member and/or already registered with an account: If you are an existing member or have an account with us, simply log-in to your account via the following page https://www.angusalive.scot/Sports_Centres_RG/account/login and then book your spot.
New customers: If you are new to ANGUSalive and don’t have an account or membership with us you’ll need to sign up to our bACTIVE lite Pay as You Go membership in order to book classes with us.
Simply visit the following page https://www.angusalive.scot/Sports_Centres_RG/account/login and click on the sign up section to complete your details. Following this you’ll receive your unique bACTIVE Lite membership number where you then can then register for an account with us to then book your spots.

Registration will take place at 8.45am before every session in the car park where we will all meet.
