How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online, by following our What's On page.
Alternatively you can purchase tickets by phoning 01241 435800. Payment is taken at the time of booking with no additional charges being made for using this facility.
You can also purchase tickets directly from The Webster Memorial Theatre Box Office in person. Please check our opening times.
Can I book wheelchair tickets online?
In order to provide the best service we ask that all customers seeking to purchase wheelchair tickets contact the box office on 01241 435800. Tickets can be collected from the box office one hour before the performance.
I've mislaid/lost my tickets. What can I do?
Call us as soon as possible on 01241 435800.
I am unable to attend, can I get a refund or exchange?
We regret tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless in the event of a cancelled performance.
What time do doors open for a performance?
Usually the doors open 30 minutes prior to a performance unless otherwise stated.
Can I take photographs during a performance?
Photography and the recording of events is strictly forbidden and we also recommend that you switch off your mobile devices during any of the performances.
