Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Car parking update

Prior to lockdown, we operated car parking charges from April to September every year at our Country Parks. However as you are no doubt aware, Coronavirus has had a detrimental impact on our ability to operate and generate income which therefore impacts on our ability to reinvest back into our services and facilities. Therefore the decision has been made to continue operating car parking charges at Crombie and Monikie Country Parks up to the end of 2020 at the earliest. £2.80 per vehicle, per day will apply during the week and at weekends 9.00am – 4.30pm. If an attendant is not available or outwith these times, car parking donations can be made into the cairns.

As the charitable trust for sport, leisure and culture in Angus, we generate 55% of our income through activities such as grant awards, donations from members of the public and income from paid for activities such as ticket sales, sports memberships and parking fees.

We hope you can understand why we’ve made this decision and we’d like to thank you for your patience and support in these challenging times.

To apply for car parking permits, which is part of our Sport and Leisure membership package, email membership@angusalive.scot complete with your vehicle registration number.
