As a valued ANGUSalive customer, we want to let you know that the health and well-being of both our staff and customers is paramount.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) related Membership FAQ’s:

Following the recent announcement regarding the closure of all ANGUSalive facilities, we wanted to answer some of the questions our members are likely to have in relation to their membership and our sport and leisure facilities.

 

Q: Can I cancel or freeze my membership if the facilities are not open?

A: There’s no need to freeze or cancel your membership during this time, we will automatically be freezing all payments for all membership types whilst our facilities are closed.

 

Q: If I paid for an annual membership upfront, will I get a refund for the months I can’t access the facilities?

A: We’ll simply roll your payments over. So if you have paid for 12 months in advance your pre-paid membership will resume when our facilities reopen and run for the number of months remaining at the point from which it was frozen.

 

Q: If I joined during a promotional offer will I still be entitled to my free month?

A: Yes, this will be applied to your membership when we reopen our facilities.

 

We know that for many of you fitness is an important part of your lifestyle and staying fit and well is now more important than ever.  If you do wish to keep training, we are offering members free access to a number of workout alternatives.

As well as keeping as physically healthy as possible, mental wellbeing is very important and whether you are being quarantined, self-isolating, ill or recovering from Coronavirus, it is important to pay attention to your own mental wellbeing and your family’s.
